This Privacy Policy sets forth Digipicture.com current policy regarding what information I gather from my Web site and how I use it. This policy is provided to you for informational purposes only. Please be advised that this policy may be changed by Christophe Glaudel from Digipicture.com at any time.
I keep everything I find out through my Web site to myself. I do not send spam, I do not use cookies, etc. I accept (well, soon anyway) voluntary subscriptions to e-mail and/orl mail newsletters. If you want to hear from me, you have to ask. If you send me feedback about my photographs or Web site and include a return address (real or e-mail) I will probably try to respond to you.
I do look at my Web logs. The information in my logs includes, computer type, browser, version, domain (aol.com, etc.) and things like that. There is no personal information in my logs. I use this information to decide how to make my Web site more interesting.
I also add up the numbers to see how many of you are doing what and what you're using to do it. I count how many people visit the site and what pages are most popular. I also check to see the date and time of your visit. The only personal information that I have is what you send me.
Personal information may be collected when you send me e-mail, fill out feedback forms, enter contests or subscribe to newsletters or photographic catalogs. Again, I use this info myself and do not share it with anyone.
Hey KIDS! If you are under 16, please get your parents permission before contacting me. I'd love to hear from you and your parents.
Hey PARENTS! Digipicture.com encourages children to ask their parents before browsing the site and submitting any information to me. There is software available that can keep children from giving out personal information online without parental permission. Of course there is nothing better than personal supervision of your children while surfing the Net.
